Losing your job is just a stepstone for a new job2009-10-29
Many people don't really understand that if they lose their job, they were not meant for it in the first place. That is something that mothers say to people who do not succeed at what they try and to be honest - it is true. The reason you lost your job is most likely because of the fact that you were not doing it as well as the other people there - you should try something else. Also there  is the problem that today the world is at a financial chrisis - this will result in a lot of reductions in the amount of employers. Even the largest companies that are on a steady financial balance, have had to fire people like there is no tomorroe.

You should not get depressed if you do lose your job, since you can always find a better one. These days it might be hard, but if you are really good at something , there will always be a job ready for you and waiting for that perfect person to apply for it.  Getting depressed about the reality is just something that will lead to nothing - if you want to succeed you need to pick yourself up and go to the unemployment office to find a new job. If you think that it is hard to find a new job that you have been educated for, then try something else. You don't need to do that for the rest of your life, and when the situation at the job markets gets better, you can get out and find a new job.

Unemployment is something that really makes life difficult - we are all used to going to work every day, and our days seem to lose the structure when you don't have to leave. The trick here is to keep yourself active, and if you are in trouble financially, you should spend that time trying to figure out ways to save money. Cut down your living expensies as much as you can, and at the same time do everything you can to find a new job.
